In this section you will find Material Data Sheets (MDS), Delivery of Performance (DoP), Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and certificates for you to download.

 

1. Choose the type of file to download (e.g., only safety sheets)

2. Click on "Download ZIP file" to download all product types of the type selected. Alternatively, click on "Select individual documents" to choose only the products of interest

3. Click on the privacy terms

4. Add an e-mail address at which to receive the link to download the ZIP file. The file will be available for 24 hours. It will then be deleted.

5. Check that you have WinZIP / WinRAR or a similar programme

N.B.*: If DoPs are selected, only the current version will be downloaded. Previous DoPs are available on the pertaining product page.

hereinafter “Joint Data Controllers” – are hereby providing the Data Subject with this information notice pursuant to European and Italian legislation.

Purposes and legal basis of processing
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: to allow you to download the catalogues requested. The legal basis for processing is the need to pursue the aforementioned purpose.

Data storage period
Your personal data will be stored for the time strictly necessary in order to pursue the above purposes

Providing your data and the consequences of refusing to provide your data
Providing your data is necessary for the download of catalogues and therefore any refusal to provide them, in whole or in part, may make it impossible for the Company to process your request.

Categories of recipients
Solely for the purposes specified above, all the data collected and processed may be disclosed to internal figures authorised to carry out processing as part of their duties, and to the following categories of external parties: companies or other third parties that perform activities under outsourcing; lawyers and legal consultants; public and private bodies, including as a result of inspections and audits. These recipients, where they process data on behalf of our Company, will be designated as data processors under an appropriate contract or other legal document.

Transfer of personal data to third countries and/or International organisations
Your personal data will not be transferred to non-EU third countries.

Rights of the data subject
The Data Subject has the right to ask the Joint Data Controllers for access to his/her personal data and to correct them if inaccurate, delete them, or restrict their processing where the conditions are met to do so, or to object to their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Joint Data Controllers, together with the right to portability for any data provided personally, only if subject to automated processing based on consent or based on a contract, as well as the right to request a copy of the key content of the agreement between the Joint Data Controllers. The Data Subject also has the right to withdraw his/her consent for the processing purposes that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of any processing carried out before said consent was withdrawn.
