Two towers which redesign the Jesolo’s skyline, a big architectural project for the new City Beach of the Veneto Region.
The transformation of Jesolo into an ultra-modern City Beach is progressing rapidly, with avant-garde projects that will be completed in 2012. Among these projects, especially worth mentioning are the “Piazza Drago towers”. This project covers an area of 10,000 square metres, with two 78-metre high, 22-floor towers. The entire complex, currently being completed, also includes the redevelopment of Piazza Drago and Via Mameli with public works: a large space featuring fountains, pedestrian walkways and green areas, underground parking, and work to make the intersections of Via Mameli, Via Aquileia and Via Tritone safer. The new towers will have three different uses, commercial, offices and residential. For the insulation on the buildings, the Fassatherm® external thermal insulation composite system was used, with EPS 120 INSULATING PANELS, A 50 adhesive and render, and RTA 549 acrylic finish.
