Constructing Excellence South West Awards 2024

On the 18th July 2024, Fassa UK sponsored the 'Residential Property of the Year' award at the Constructing Excellence South West (CESW) Awards 2024. This awards ceremony is one of the most prominent accolades in the South West's building environment and a celebration of exemplary practices. The recognised projects showcase the architectual excellence of diverse buildings, housing, infrastructure and facilities across the South West. 

As well as our sponsorship of the Residential Project Award, we are proud to share that two Fassa specified projects were nominated for the CESW Residential Project of the Year Award. National Star College, a state of the art residence offering specially adapted accommodation for young people wth disabilities, was completed in 2023, in collaboration with Coombes Everitt Architects and Speller Metcalfe. Our second nomination, Treglos Hotel Development, is a luxurious development of apartments, duplexes, and houses, all designed by PBWC in collaboration with Acorn Property Group.
