International GT Open - Barcelona

The final stage of the GT Open International was held in Barcelona. A challenging weekend that ended in success for Imperiale Racing in both the drivers’ and teams’ championships.

Our Thomas Biagi, thanks to five podium finishes and one victory, ended the championship in 4th place in the overall classification.
A well-deserved and important result, with his valuable points helping Imperiale Racing take home the team title.

Biagi offered some kind words of thanks at the end of the exciting championship: “This title was truly deserved by all the people in this incredible team, who I’d like to thank for their amazing work, together with Lamborghini”.

The drivers’ title, which just one year ago Thomas Biagi won on this very circuit, this year went to Giovanni Venturini, a friend of Biagi and his co-driver for the first eight races.
